World Sleep Day 15 March 2019


World Sleep Day is an annual event that is meant to create awareness around the importance of sleep and to call upon action on important issues of sleep in different aspects such as medicine, education, social aspects and driving. To honor World Sleep Day, we have produced infographics to educate on sleep matters and sleep hygiene.

The focus of this activity is to educate people about the effects of not getting enough sleep and tips to improve sleep habits.
